Electrical learning, from classroom to training boards

Step inside AIET’s electrical learning spaces, where classroom discussion and training boards support the learning journey.

Start with understanding

Electrical learning calls for curiosity, concentration and a willingness to ask how things work. At AIET, classroom discussion gives learners time to explore ideas, listen to explanations and raise questions before moving further into a topic.

Look closely at the components

The electrical learning space includes training boards with wiring, switches, meters and other components. These boards give learners something concrete to examine as they connect classroom ideas with the equipment in front of them.

Questions belong in the classroom

Understanding takes practice. A diagram, a discussion and a closer look at a training board can each bring a different part of a topic into focus. Learners can ask about the purpose of a component, how a connection is represented and what they need to understand next.

Learn with care

Use training equipment only as directed by your lecturer and follow the applicable safety instructions. Classroom learning and practical work both require attention, preparation and respect for the people sharing the space.

Plan your electrical study route

Explore the electrical programme information and check the entry requirements for your intended route. Ask Admissions to confirm the current intake, practical learning arrangements, assessment requirements and complete fees before enrolling.
