1. Acceptance of terms
By submitting an enquiry, application, admission form, document upload or payment to AIET, the applicant confirms that the information supplied is true and agrees to AIET’s admission process, fee schedule, cancellation/refund policy, privacy policy and programme-specific rules.
2. Admission and enrolment
Admission is subject to programme availability, entry requirements, document verification, payment verification, campus capacity, timetable availability, regulatory requirements and final approval by AIET. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement, certification or completion.
3. Fees and payment
Applicants are responsible for paying the applicable registration fee, tuition/course fees, books, PPE, materials, practical fees, assessment booking fees and any other confirmed charges. AIET may withhold registration processing, documents, timetables, results support or certificates where fees remain outstanding.
4. Documents and accuracy
Applicants must submit accurate documents and information. False, incomplete or misleading information may delay, suspend or cancel the admission process and may affect certification or registration support.
5. Conduct, attendance and safety
Learners must comply with AIET rules, workshop safety instructions, attendance requirements, assessment rules, workplace/practical placement requirements and lawful instructions from authorised staff. PPE and health/safety requirements may apply for engineering, welding, health, practical and trade programmes.
6. Privacy and communications
AIET may contact applicants by email, telephone, WhatsApp or SMS regarding applications, fees, admissions, timetables, documents, results, student support and institutional notices. Personal information is processed according to the AIET Privacy Policy.
7. Updates
AIET may update these terms, programme information, schedules, fees or policies where necessary. Current policy pages published on the AIET website should be checked before payment or admission submission.
