Choosing healthcare study is a commitment to learning how to support other people responsibly. A prepared application helps you understand that commitment before the first class. Use this checklist when comparing programmes or contacting AIET.
Prepare your information
Keep your latest academic results and identification details available for the official application process. Ask which documents must be certified and whether additional evidence is required for your chosen course. Submit sensitive documents only through the institution’s designated application channel.
Ask about learning beyond the classroom
Find out how practical learning is organised, how attendance is recorded and how assessments are completed. Ask whether transport, uniforms or other items are needed and whether these are included in the fee. Do not assume placement or employment is guaranteed by enrolment.
Check the timing
Confirm the start date, timetable, programme approval and what happens if an intake changes. The healthcare letter currently displayed in AIET’s register has a stated end date of 28 October 2026; request the applicable approval for your intended intake.
Finally, review the 2026 fee schedule and request any course-specific clarification. Reception can help you select the right application route and identify unanswered questions before you commit.
